Well guys, I really need to learn how to master audio.
Anyone want to give me a few pointers?
I know a little about EQ'ing, but nothing about compression, etc..
Here's another 15 minute song.

My girlfriend wanted a song, so I wrote this for her.
Took me about 15 minutes to lay down everything, and probably another 15 to "master" it.
It's probably pretty apparent :-D

I would like to know what you guys record with. Right now, the programs/hardware I have are as followed

software:
Sound Forge 8
Adobe Audition 1.5
Acid Pro
Fruity Loops 5

Hardware:
Direct Mix USB3 (by Aardvark)
Sennheiser e815S mic
Pioneer Dm02 Mic

I would really like to start recording more polished songs. Which programs do you all use to "fine tune" your songs, sequence them, add effects.. etc..
